- Read Part 1 and Habit 1 from The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, pages 13 – 107.
- Take notes in the margins of the book or your journal on the main ideas and personal connections you can make to the content.
- Be prepared to discuss the main concepts and apply them to real life in the meeting.
- Bring headphones to the meeting for an activity.
